FlexPressCenter – The flexible production line

Modular design concept

The process-independent platform of the FlexPressCenter can be equipped with any number of modules, depending on requirements. The individual modules can be easily unplugged for quick replacement and exchanged using a changeover trolley. Machine plates with T-slots ensure precise positioning. The servo punching machine is available in 15t, 25t, and 35t versions.

Compatible work modules

If necessary, the machine platform can be secured with a protective cover. The protective cover has doors at the front and rear that can be swung open upwards. The servo punching machine is equipped with protective doors at the front and rear. If desired, the machine can also be supplied with a soundproof cabin.

Central control/operation

Each module is driven by a separate servo motor, which is synchronized via the “NC” control in the control cabinet. The servo drives for the individual modules are selected via a touch screen. The work sequences can be tested and operated individually with an electronic handwheel. The motor parameters and settings are stored in the tool memory – programming knowledge is not required.

Machine base and clamping platens

The machine base is not modular, but is available with clamping lengths of 1200 mm, 1800 mm, and 2400 mm before or after the press. The entire machine base stands on vibration-damping elements. The machining modules can be positioned as desired in the feed direction thanks to the clamping surface.
