Stand-alone press – More than just a press

Our stand-alone press is the ideal solution for applications that require high flexibility and efficiency. It can be operated independently or seamlessly integrated into existing production lines.

Available with 150 kN, 250 kN, or 350 kN pressing force and up to 300 strokes/min, it offers powerful performance in a small space. An integrated roller feed ensures precise material feeding, while two additional servo axes can be used for welding tongs or other processes, for example.

The press has connections for peripherals, an easily retrofittable welding control system, short set-up times, and is particularly easy to maintain. Its robust construction, reliability, and durability make it the ideal choice for series and one-off production.

Design concept

The stand-alone press is designed as an independent and modular unit and enables autonomous operation within a wide variety of production environments. The integrated roller feed ensures precise and synchronized material feeding, even with variable feed lengths and high cycle rates.

Two additional servo axes expand the functionality of the system and enable the integration of further processes, such as the control of welding tongs or peripheral devices. The freely programmable axes allow flexible adaptation to different machining tasks and workpiece geometries.

All mechanical and electronic components are designed for high process reliability and repeatability. The compact design and complete integration of the drive and control technology allow easy integration into existing production lines or use as a stand-alone machining station.

Central control/operation

All servo motors are synchronized via the "NC" control in the control cabinet. The servo drives are selected via a touch screen. Our stand-alone press can be tested and operated via an electronic handwheel. The motor parameters and settings are stored in the tool memory – no programming knowledge is required.

Machine base

The entire machine base is filled with polymer concrete and stands on air-sprung machine feet to achieve optimum vibration damping. The open design of the frame allows for easy handling of the punching waste.
